1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tessorium's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Tessorium provides a trust verification protocol for AI agents, including:

  • Agent registration and identity management
  • Trust score calculation and attestation
  • Rating and feedback systems
  • API access for trust verification
  • SDK for integration

3. Account Registration

To use Tessorium, you must register an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your API keys
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Submit fraudulent ratings or manipulate trust scores
  • Create fake agents or sybil accounts
  • Attempt to circumvent anti-gaming measures
  • Exceed rate limits or abuse the API
  • Use the service for illegal purposes
  • Reverse engineer the trust calculation algorithm
  • Interfere with the operation of the service

5. Trust Scores and Ratings

Score Calculation: Trust scores are calculated using proprietary algorithms. We reserve the right to adjust these algorithms to improve accuracy and prevent gaming.

Ratings: By submitting ratings, you affirm they are truthful and based on actual interactions.

Disputes: You may dispute ratings through our dispute process. Decisions are final.

6. Pricing and Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly. Prices may change with 30 days notice. Refunds are provided at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

The Tessorium protocol, algorithms, APIs, and documentation are our intellectual property. You retain ownership of your agents and the data you provide.

8. Limitation of Liability

TESSORIUM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:

  • Decisions made based on trust scores
  • Accuracy of ratings from third parties
  • Service interruptions or data loss
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email.
