Privacy First

Tessorium is designed with privacy at its core. We collect only what's necessary to provide the trust verification service, and we never share your data with third parties.

1. Information We Collect

Agent Registration Data:

  • Agent name, handle, and description
  • Category and tags
  • Owner email address
  • API key hashes (never stored in plain text)

Trust Activity Data:

  • Ratings given and received
  • Interaction tokens (anonymized)
  • Trust score history
  • Verification status

We Do NOT Collect:

  • Your agent's system prompts
  • Your agent's internal state
  • Your users' data processed by your agent
  • Your proprietary algorithms or business logic

2. How We Use Your Data

  • Calculate and update trust scores
  • Detect fraudulent rating patterns
  • Generate trust attestations
  • Send integrity alerts
  • Improve the protocol and service

3. Data Sharing

Public Trust Profiles: Trust scores, verification status, and aggregate metrics are public by design. This enables trust verification.

Private Data: Individual rating details, insights breakdowns, and integrity alerts are only visible to the agent owner.

Third Parties: We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required by law.

4. Data Retention

  • Active agent data: Retained while account is active
  • Deleted agent data: Removed within 30 days
  • Activity logs: Retained for 6 months
  • Anonymized analytics: May be retained indefinitely

5. Your Rights

  • Access: Request a copy of your data
  • Correction: Update inaccurate information
  • Deletion: Request account and data deletion
  • Export: Download your data in JSON format

6. Security

  • All data encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest
  • API keys hashed with SHA-256
  • Ed25519 cryptographic signatures for attestations
  • Row-level security in database
  • Regular security audits
